SHIPPING/ RETURN/ EXCHANGES
We ship local orders via USPS and international via FedEx. Please note, custom fees and duties upon delivery are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Shipping times vary but fluctuate between 3-7 days for local addresses and 7-14 days for international addresses. All orders include a shipping track number.
If you need your order for a specific date, write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line “A.S.A.P. ORDER”.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE
YAYI accepts returns for unused, unaltered, and unlaundered items in original conditions within 7 days from delivery date. All tags and labels must still be attached and undamaged. Please use the original packaging, as it has a reusable tab for second use. Returns must be sent prepaid, via trackable carrier and insured to the full purchase amount.
Once the return has been processed, you will receive credit for the same amount paid for the item (excluding shipping) or you can exchange for a different size or item.
Write an email to email@example.com with subject line “RETURN- Order # “ to process your return. Please include your Name, Order #, item you wish to return, and a short description of the reason for return.
