SHIPPING

We ship local orders via USPS and international via FedEx. Please note, custom fees and duties upon delivery are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Shipping times vary but fluctuate between 3-7 days for local addresses and 7-14 days for international addresses. All orders include a shipping track number.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGE

Returns are accepted for unused, unaltered, and unlaundered items in original conditions within 7 days from delivery date. Garments with stains, odor, or damages will not be accepted. All tags and labels must still be attached and undamaged. If returning by mail, please use the original packaging, as it has a reusable tab for second use. The client is responsible for purchasing postage with tracking number. As soon as the returned product is received and evaluated, the client will automatically receive a credit for the total of the purchase on their client profile to use on the exchange or a future purchase. This credit does not expire. Canceled orders will be refunded minus a 10% fee to cover processing costs. Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Custom orders are final sale.
