YAYI is locally designed and manufactured in the sunny island of Puerto Rico with imported materials from USA and Europe. All garments are sewn with meticulous detail to its tailoring techniques that aim towards quality construction for a long lasting garment. Each piece is unique to the hand of the skilled sewer it was made by. The sewing of these garments is accomplished by a network of cottage industry seamstresses, a small in house staff and the designer Yayi herself. All contributors to YAYI are paid fair wages. When you purchase a YAYI piece, you are contributing to the economy of Puerto Rico.

It is our responsibility to eliminate the disposal of unsold items or stuck inventory. We only stock on best selling styles. Most of our garments are Made-to-Order. That means that once you have placed your order, your garment gets made. Production times may vary depending on the volume of orders.
