SHIPPING

We ship via local orders via USPS and international via FedEx. Please note, custom fees and duties upon delivery are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Shipping times vary but fluctuate between 3-7 days for local addresses and 7-14 days for international addresses. All orders include a shipping track number.

If you need your order for a specific date, write an email to yayibyyayiperez@gmail.com with subject line “A.S.A.P. ORDER”.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGE

YAYI accepts returns for unused, unaltered, and unlaundered items in original conditions within 7 days from delivery date. All tags and labels must still be attached and undamaged. Please use the original packaging, as it has a reusable tab for second use.
